Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to an order of the Los Angeles County Superior Court: Street Address: 14637-14645 Ventura Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 91403; Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 2265-005-002 and 2265-005-003; Legal Description: “Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 And 9 In Block “A”, Of Tract No. 6852, In The City Of Los Angeles, County Of Los Angeles, State Of California, As Per Map Recorded In Book 76, Page(S) 46 To 48 Inclusive Of Maps, In The Office Of The County Recorder Of Said County. ” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L.
