Please take notice that the following real property will be sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to order of the Ventura County Superior Court: Street Address: 2105 North Malton Avenue, Simi Valley, CA 93063; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 650-0-111-155; Legal Description: Lot 277, Tract 1608-3 as per map recorded in Book 46, pages 26 to 29, inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the County recorder of said county. (Hereinafter the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Luna v.
