Please take notice that the following real property will be sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to order of the Orange County Superior Court: Street Address: 2674 West Sereno Place, Anaheim, California 92804; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 126-581-22; Legal Description: “Lot 21 of Tract No. 2938, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 119, Page(s) 28 and 29, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Except therefrom all oil, gas, minerals and hydrocarbon substances lying below a depth of 500 feet from the surface of said land, which have not been previously reserved, but without the right of entry upon any portion of the surface of said land for the purpose of exploring for, boring, extracting, drilling, mining, prospecting for, removing or marketing said substances, as reserved in deeds of record.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L.
