Flores Street, Los Angeles, CA 90048; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 5514-010-040; Legal Description: 

“Lot 12 In Block 12 Of Tract No. 4353, In The City Of Los Angeles, County Of Los Angeles, State Of California, As Per Map Recorded In Book 74, Pages 25 And 26 Of Maps, In The Office Of The County Recorder Of Said County.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L.
