Please take notice that the following real property will be sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to order of the Sacramento County Superior Court: Street Address: 4441 55th Street, Sacramento, CA 95820; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 021-0291-048; Legal Description:  “Lot 278, In Block Of Plat Of Colonial Heights, According To The Official Plat Thereof, Filed In The Office Of The Recorder Of Sacramento County, California, On May 26, 1910, In Book 10 Of Maps, Map No. 37.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L.
