Please take notice that the following real property will be sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to order of the Los Angeles County Superior Court: Street Address: 8932 Annetta Avenue, South Gate, California 90280; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 6216-016-020; Legal Description: Lots 524 and 525 of tract 666, in the City of South Gate,  County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 72, Pages 45 to 47 of maps in the Office of the County Recorded of Said County.  (Hereinafter the “Subject Property”.)  Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Sifuentes v. Loredo, et al., Los Angeles County Superior Court case number 20NWCV00047.  The sale is being made pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 873.680, et seq.  The property is sold in an “As Is” condition with no warranties or representations.  Offers must be submitted in writing on a California Association of Realtors form contract.  All sales are subject to court confirmation.
